Speed alone will not carry you through a bad map. Sooner or later you need a portal, a decoy, or a group revive grenade. This Evade utilities list breaks down every tool the shop sells, split by the slot it occupies. You get prices, level gates, and the quirks that the shop description never mentions. The special round weapons are covered at the end too.
How Utilities Work in Roblox Evade?
The game calls these items Equipments. The community says utilities, and that is the name that stuck. A few rules govern all of them. Utilities and Powers arrive in packs of three when you buy them. Each pack lasts six rounds, then vanishes from your inventory. After that you buy again.
Your loadout splits across separate slots. One light, one utility, one Power, and four usable slots. Grapple and Breacher live in that dedicated Power slot, so neither one eats your normal utility pick.
Deployables need a Hammer to place. The Mil-Grade Pack perk raises how many you can drop, which is the main reason anyone runs that perk.
All Utilities in Roblox Evade
Seven core tools sit in the utility and Power slots. Prices below reflect the current shop.

Breacher
The priciest tool in the game and the hardest to unlock. It drops two portals that teleport you between them, and crucially your momentum carries through. That makes it a mobility tool rather than an escape button.
One trap catches everyone. Picking the Breacher back up deletes portals you already placed. Leave a portal parked somewhere safe, then drop the second one when a bot corners you.

Grapple
Each Grapple pack covers six rounds with 24 total hooks. Misfires that never register do not burn a use, which softens the sting of bad aim. The two second cooldown does not, though.
It also deals a single point of damage to Nextbots and Rebels. Note that equipping the Grapple disables both your Boost Pack and your emotes.

Decoy
A transparent copy of your avatar spawns and walks straight ahead. Bots often chase it instead of you, which buys enough time for a revive.
Two limitations matter. Barriers and fences stop the clone dead, so deploy it somewhere open. Bots also ignore it occasionally and stay locked onto you.

Radar
Beeping that speeds up as a bot approaches. On maps where you simply cannot see anything coming, this is close to essential. Backrooms, Labyrinth, Maze, Death Maze, and Traprooms all qualify.
It used to cost $350 before the Overhaul update dropped it to $145. Any guide still quoting the old price is stale.

Radio, Compass, and Timer
The three cheapest picks, and each does exactly one thing. Radio now pings enemy positions to everyone instead of opening a chat window. That makes it far more useful than before.
Compass and Timer cost $20 apiece with no level gate. Timer earns its keep when you are hiding and need to know how long to hold out.
Light Sources
Dark maps and Darkness special rounds turn these from optional into mandatory.

Here is the split worth understanding. Lantern and Flashlight cast real light, so your whole squad benefits. Night Vision only brightens your own screen, and nobody else sees a thing.
Night Vision also struggles in extremely dark ambients. During the Darkness special round on Maze, it barely helps. A Headlamp option exists as well, though the wiki publishes no confirmed price for it.
Usables – Consumables and Grenades
Four slots hold these, and every one is spent on use. Think of them as answers to specific problems rather than passive help.

Some honest gaps here. The Evade Wiki lists no confirmed price or level for Cola. The Decoy Grenade page leaves its level blank. The Revive Grenade level is disputed too. The main wiki says Level 50, while mirrors say no gate. Check the shop before you plan around it.
- Revive Grenade– the group revive. It arcs, bounces, and detonates 2 to 4 seconds after landing. Brilliant for clustered teammates, risky when you throw it at your own feet.
- Defibrillator– the precision option. One player, instant, no waiting. Costs $50 after a price rise from $40.
- Smoke Grenade– you keep full movement speed while aiming it. Duration was cut from 10 seconds to 7, so throw it later than instinct suggests.
- Cola– pure speed. Players chain it with ramps to reach ceilings and rooftops that bots cannot path to.
Deployables – Tools You Place on the Map
These stay where you put them and help the whole lobby. A Hammer places them, and most expire on a timer.

- Barrier– physically blocks Nextbots for a short window. Lasts around 3 minutes.
- Sensor– a stationary radar that pings by distance. Also runs roughly 3 minutes.
- Beacon– outlines nearby players in red, visible through walls from anywhere. Around 3 minutes.
- Floodlight– wide area lighting for the team rather than one player.
- Landmine– $80 at Level 10. Takes 3 seconds to arm, then stuns any bot that touches it. It cannot hurt players.
- Speed Pad– boosts everyone who runs over it, though only teammates during Team Deathmatch. Roughly 1 minute.
- Jump Pad– launches players upward, handy for reaching camp spots.
- Teleporter– links two points for instant travel across the map.
Landmines carry a caveat worth knowing. Stunned bots keep their existing momentum, so one can still slide into you after the mine goes off.
Weapons in Evade
You cannot buy these. Weapons only appear during specific special rounds, which is why so many players never see them.
- AK-47– spawns in the Impostor and Randomizer rounds. Impostors use it to eliminate players, and pressing Q swings a melee attack.
- Makarov– a pistol from the Randomizer round. It damages Nextbots directly.
- Silenced SMR– another special round firearm documented in the equipment lists.
- Stun Baton– added as an equipment item and used to stun rather than kill.

Do not build a strategy around weapons. They are round specific gimmicks, not part of any normal loadout.
Evade Utilities Tier List
Ranked on how often each tool changes the outcome of a round.
- S tier– Grapple, Breacher, Radar. Mobility and information beat everything else in this game.
- A tier– Decoy, Revive Grenade, Cola, Smoke Grenade. Strong answers to the situations that actually kill you.
- B tier– Defibrillator, Landmine, Barrier, Night Vision. Excellent in the right round, dead weight in the wrong one.
- C tier– Timer, Compass, Radio, Beacon. Cheap information with a narrow payoff.
Grapple sits above Breacher for most players despite costing a third as much. Level 50 is reachable in a reasonable stretch, while Level 100 is a serious grind.
Best Evade Utilities by Player Level
Buy what fixes the deaths you keep having, not what looks impressive.
- Levels 1 to 10– Timer, Compass, and Radar. Cheap awareness while you learn map layouts.
- Levels 10 to 25– Decoy plus Smoke Grenade. Both create escape windows you cannot make on foot.
- Levels 25 to 50– add Night Vision for dark rounds and Defibrillator for team play.
- Level 50 and up– Grapple becomes your default Power pick. Nothing else moves you that fast.
- Level 100– Breacher, if you have the cash spare. Treat it as a luxury, not an upgrade.
Latest Evade Updates
Evade hit its fourth birthday this summer, and over 14 Legacy maps returned to celebrate. They stay playable until the Summer Event ends.
That event runs on Bubbles, a collectible currency spent on cosmetics and emotes. None of it changes utility stats, but extra rounds mean extra cash for restocking.
The developers also rewrote the game codebase for stability and optimisation. On the wiki side, teasers have appeared for overhauled utilities and deployables, including a new Radar model. No stat changes are confirmed yet.
Where to Follow Evade Updates
Prices and durations shift with patches. The official Evade Discord server publishes patch notes first, and the Hexagon Development Community X account posts teasers ahead of drops.
For per item change logs, the Evade Wiki equipments page documents every revision. You can also load Evade on Roblox and read the shop prices straight from the source.
We at GoGachaGame revisit this page whenever an item gets reworked or repriced. Bookmark it and skip the guesswork.
