Hatching a Mythic pet feels great until you realise your rolls are wasted at build level 3. This Capybara GO pet tier list ranks all 30 companions, then explains the systems that actually decide their value. Rarity sets the ceiling. Build level, stat rolls, and damage reduction caps decide whether you reach it. Below you get the full roster, egg costs, roll grade odds, and the stat priorities for every mode.
Capybara GO Pet List – All Pets Ranked
Every companion currently in the game, grouped by tier with its rarity and battle skill.
S Tier Pets

Elsa earns the top spot because her skill fires every single round. No cooldown gaps means no dead turns. Freya and Piggy sit close behind, though both are Immortal pets with obtainment strings attached.
A Tier Pets

Burn effects punch above their tier here. Damage over time slips past Basic and Skill reduction entirely. Baby Dragon and Flame Fox therefore stay relevant deep into hard content.
B Tier Pets
Snowy deserves more respect than a B tier slot suggests. Freeze is genuinely valuable late, and Epic pets reach level 80 far more easily than Mythics do.
C Tier Pets
D Tier Pets
Do not delete these. Unequipped pets still contribute their upgrade bonuses, so every duplicate has value even when the pet never sees battle.
How Pet Eggs work in Capybara GO?
Pets hatch from Pet Eggs in the Pets tab. Using eggs raises your pet level, and higher pet levels unlock better rarities. Fifteen levels exist in total.

Look at that jump from Mythic to Immortal. Reaching the Immortal threshold costs roughly four times what Mythic did.
Three Immortal pets work differently. Freya, Piggy, and Susu cannot appear in eggs until you first obtain them through the Capy Gacha or an event. After that, they enter your egg pool at Pet Level 11.
Here is the trap. Every extra Immortal you own dilutes the pool for the ones you actually want. Avoid picking up Piggy and Susu until Elsa and Freya sit at level 40 or higher.
How to Level Up Pets in Capybara Go
Pet Food does the heavy lifting, but copies matter too. The rules split by rarity.
- Common through Legendary– each level-up consumes duplicate copies alongside your Pet Food.
- Mythic and Immortal– reach level 10 on Pet Food alone. Copies only become necessary past that point.
That difference is bigger than it looks. A Mythic pet climbs to level 10 without a single duplicate. Early Mythics are far more usable than their rarity suggests.
Equip slots open gradually. You begin with one, gain a second at level 4, and unlock the third at level 9.
Strategy for spending food is simple. Push your two or three main pets as high as possible. Spread whatever food remains across the rest for upgrade bonuses.
Best Pet Build Capybara Go – Rolling Stats
Building means rolling passive stats onto a pet. Spirit Stones cost 200 per roll, and Ever Stones lock the stats you want to keep.
Passive slots unlock alongside build level. Three come standard, a fourth arrives at build level 4, and the fifth at level 5.

Reading a Roll
A roll looks like this: S | Basic ATK DMG Reduction +31.25% (92.29%).
- The letter is the roll grade.
- D is Great, C is Rare, B is Epic, and A is Legendary.
- S is Mythic, SS is Immortal, and SSS is Arcana.
- The stat name and percentage are self explanatory.
- The bracketed number is roll quality inside that grade. Higher is better.
Roll Grade Odds by Build Level
This table explains why patient players end up stronger.
The lesson is blunt. Hold your Spirit Stones until build level 6, and ideally 7. Immortal rolls barely exist before then, and Arcana rolls are impossible until level 8.
A useful escape hatch exists too. Roll something terrible with no stones left? Close the window without confirming and your current stats survive.
Capybara Go Pet Damage Reduction Cap by Mode
Pet passives are the easiest source of Basic and Skill damage reduction in the game. Knowing where the ceiling sits stops you overinvesting.
PvP works differently from everything else. Face an opponent with +100% Skill DMG and you need 200% Skill DMG Reduction to cap against them. Aim for roughly 200 in both, then push toward 300.
Missing the cap by even one percent hurts at high chapters. The calculation is unforgiving, so treat these numbers as targets rather than suggestions.
Damage over time ignores Basic and Skill reduction completely. Only Final Damage Reduction and specific DoT reduction touch poison, bleed, or burn.
Which Stats to Roll for?
Priorities shift as you progress. Follow this order.
- Early game– Basic Atk DMG Reduction and Skill DMG Reduction until you hit your mode cap.
- After capping– pivot to Global HP, Global ATK, and Skill DMG.
- Chapter 180 and beyond– consider dropping reduction entirely for a glass cannon build stacking Skill DMG and Global ATK.
One warning before you go glass cannon. Secure freeze and stun tools first, because without Basic damage reduction you cannot survive tier 30 boss hits.
Stat Names Decoded
Note which of these are restricted. Brutal, Sturdy, Fierce, Giant, and Mutation only appear in slots four and five. Plan your locks around that.
Build Priorities for Specific Pets
Top pets want different stats. These are the community tested priorities.
- Flash– double Giant is enormous here. Pair it with Skill DMG and Skill DMG Reduction for PvP.
- Freya– Skill DMG first. Giant and Mutation are optional extras.
- Unicorn– mainly Skill DMG. Double Brutal with Arcana counters ignore crit builds in PvP.
- Elsa– Skill DMG Reduction plus Skill DMG for PvP. Her buffs and debuffs shine in Chapter mode.
- Slime King– Basic DMG Reduction or DMG to Boss. Little Elephant works as an alternative.
- Snowy and Ice Wind Fox– Mutation with Global ATK. Both reach level 80 easily and freeze stays valuable.
Four Mistakes That Waste Resources
- Rolling before build level 6– you spend 200 Spirit Stones per roll on grades you will replace anyway.
- Collecting every Immortal pet– each one dilutes the pool and pushes Elsa or Freya further away.
- Ignoring unequipped pets– upgrade bonuses apply whether the pet fights or not.
- Overcapping damage reduction– excess beyond your mode cap does nothing. Move those rolls to offence.
Latest Capybara Go Pet News
Damage reduction mechanics are current as of Version 1.7. Niche stats such as Burning and Poison resistance now help on specific Tower stages. Use a spare pet loadout for them, not your main build.
Cleopatra is the newest name appearing in S tier listings. Details on her rarity and full skill remain thin, so treat rankings featuring her as provisional.
Build rolling still revolves around the Pet Build Growth Event. Saving across all four rounds takes roughly 3,150 points for the first and 2,950 for each of the remaining three.
Where to Get the Latest Capybara Go Updates?
Pet data shifts with each version. The Capybara Go subreddit collects player testing and build discussion. Most roll data gets crowd verified there first.

Capybara Go Pet FAQ
Three at maximum. You start with one slot, unlock the second at level 4, and the third at level 9.
Elsa, because her skill triggers every round with no cooldown. Freya and Piggy follow closely.
Yes. They still provide upgrade bonuses, so duplicates and benched pets both retain value.
Build level 6 at the earliest, preferably 7. Immortal grade rolls are nearly impossible before that point.
You may be under the cap for that specific mode, or facing damage over time. DoT bypasses Basic and Skill reduction entirely.
Immortal pets, needing 21,720 total eggs. Freya, Piggy, and Susu also require a gacha or event pull before they enter your egg pool.
