Sinking 7,200 Power Stones into the wrong sword is a mistake you feel for weeks. This Capybara GO equipment tier list ranks every weapon, armour, ring, and accessory in Version 1.9.1. You also get the merge costs, the SS-grade upgrade paths, and the builds each weapon actually supports. Rarity is only half the picture here. What your weapon does at Mythic decides which skills you should be picking all run.
How Equipment Works in Capybara Go?
Your capybara fills six slots: one weapon, one armour, two rings, and two accessories. Ring and accessory bonuses stack with each other, so doubling up on a effect is a real strategy.
Three mechanics save you enormous grief once you know them.
- Enhance levels transfer– equip a new item and it automatically inherits the enhance level of whatever sat in that slot. You never restart from level 1.
- Level down refunds everything– the downgrade button returns all Power Stones and Equipment Designs you invested.
- Downgrading refunds merge materials– you get 100% of your equipment materials and universal merge materials back.

That last pair means experimenting costs you nothing but time. Test a weapon, dislike it, refund it completely.
Capybara GO Weapon Tier List
S-grade weapons first, since they carry the strongest kits. The Mythic bonus column is what you are really buying.

Every S-grade weapon shares ATK +50 and a 12.5% stat bonus at base. The split happens at Epic, where most grant Global ATK +25% while the hammers give Global HP +25% instead.
Non-S Weapons Ranked
Duplicates for S-grade gear are painful to collect. These fill the gap and some stay useful far longer than expected.

Warrior’s Blade pairs beautifully with Crit Mastery. Its Epic bonus stacks +20% Crit DMG up to five times. The Mythic bonus adds ten more stacks on top.
Armour, Rings and Accessories Ranked
Weapons get the attention, but your other five slots carry just as much weight.

Judgement Ring and Dragon Ball Ring are mirror images. One scales skill crits, the other scales basic attack crits. Pick whichever matches your weapon, never both.
Non-S Armour and Trinkets

Frostwind Horn deserves a callout. Run a full frost setup with Ice Wind Fox or Snowy. Its +60% damage against frozen targets becomes a genuine S tier effect.
Capybara Go Best Weapons Explained
Tier position tells you little without knowing what the weapon wants from your build.
- Blade of Justice– the combo king. Judgement makes enemies take 50% additive combo damage for two rounds. Pair it with Werewolf and combo skills.
- Skysplitter– Sword Chi scaling. Its Mythic true damage ignores defence entirely, which matters against high armour bosses.
- Whisperer– the crit engine. Ten dagger stacks equal +20% Crit Rate and +50% Crit DMG by themselves.
- Angel Bow– sustain plus damage. Angel Daggers heal 2% of your HP and hit for 1.5x normal dagger damage.
- Shadow Lance– lifesteal and poison. The obvious pairing for a Vampire build.
- Reaper’s Staff– lightning stacking. Bolt damage climbs 12% per hit, up to six times. Wizard is mandatory alongside it.

None of these are wrong choices. The wrong choice is a Whisperer build with combo skills, or a Blade of Justice run stacked with lightning.
SS-Grade Equipment – The Real Endgame of Capybara GO
SS-grade sits above Mythic and uses Divine Weapon Cubes on existing Legendary or Mythic gear.
The distinction matters enormously. Upgrading Legendary gear locks the SS version to that same grade. Upgrading Mythic gear unlocks Transcendent bonuses, which is the tier everyone is chasing.

The numbers jump hard at this tier. Helos Warblade carries ATK +250 and Combo Rate +50%, five times the base S-grade stats. Its Transcendent bonus converts half your basic attack damage into a skill shield.
Swap Talismans let you move between SS variants without fully undoing the upgrade. You can also reverse an SS upgrade entirely if you change direction.
Best Gear Sets Capybara Go
Six archetypes cover the Capybara GO best equipment combinations. Match your rings and accessories to the weapon, not the reverse.
- Combo build– Blade of Justice, Dragon Ball Ring, Bloody Grail. Take Werewolf and combo skills.
- Crit dagger build– Whisperer, Judgement Ring, Bloody Grail. Crit Proficiency and Combo Dagger are priorities.
- Skill and lightning build– Reaper’s Staff, Judgement Ring, Reckoning Badge. Wizard, Super Lightning, Magic Spear.
- Burn build– Star Staff, Skyflame Ring, Frostwind Horn. Stack fire damage and burn duration.
- Tank and counter build– Mushroom Hammer or Durian Hammer, Guardian’s Ring, Proof of Glory.
- Lifesteal build– Shadow Lance, Dragon’s Breath Armor, Vitality Stone. Vampire pairs naturally.
One rule holds across all six. Your skill picks should reinforce the weapon you brought. A mismatched skill tree wastes that weapon entirely.
Enhancing and Merging Costs
Both systems eat resources at an accelerating rate. Knowing the totals stops nasty surprises.
Level 70 carries an extra gate. You need an Inheritance upgraded to Tier 2 before the game lets you advance that far.
Merging follows a doubling pattern. Two duplicates take you Common to Great, then Great to Rare, then Rare to Epic. Epic climbs through +1 and +2 using fodder, and two Epic +2 copies produce a Legendary.
Universal Crystals are the shortcut worth hoarding. They substitute for Legendary source items, most usefully taking a Legendary +2 to +3 without needing another Legendary duplicate. Events such as Treasure Team hand them out.
Four Costly Equipment Mistakes
- Enhancing before you commit– enhance levels transfer between items in a slot, so the real waste is merging the wrong gear, not enhancing it.
- Chasing S-grade too early– duplicate requirements are brutal. A Mythic Warrior’s Blade beats an Epic Blade of Justice.
- Mixing crit rings– Judgement Ring and Dragon Ball Ring scale different damage types. Running both splits your investment.
- Spending Universal Crystals early– save them for the Legendary +2 to +3 step where duplicates are hardest to find.
New Capybara Go Equipment News
Rankings here reflect Version 1.9.1 as of mid August 2026. The core S-grade lineup has held steady, with the real movement happening at SS-grade.
Community datamining suggests SS upgrades may not stay restricted to S-grade items. If that lands, mid tier weapons could gain a viable endgame path for the first time.
Universal Crystals continue rolling out through events, which has quietly softened the hardest merge steps for free to play players.
Capybara Go Equipment FAQ
Blade of Justice for combo builds and Whisperer for crit builds. Neither is universally better, since your skill picks decide the outcome.
No. The new item inherits the enhance level from whatever occupied that slot before.
7,200 Power Stones plus 1,060 Equipment Designs, and an Inheritance at Tier 2.
Yes. Level down refunds Power Stones and Equipment Designs. Downgrading refunds all merge materials.
An upgrade above Mythic using Divine Weapon Cubes. Only Mythic base gear unlocks Transcendent bonuses.
Yes, and so do accessory bonuses. Both slots stack, though mirrored effects like the two crit rings do not combine usefully.
